Title and Copyright Page
- The first page of all HandStory eBooks displays the title of the book.
- Title format: Book title (accompanied with a subtitle if there is any,) and
the author name
- Copyright format: Copyright (C) 2002 by HandStory, Inc., Original
publication date 1895., First HandStory edition 2002.
- The default text alignment is left.

Copyright Notice Page
- Copyright Notice Page is included both in free eBooks and commercial eBooks,
and it is comprised of one page (as far as possible.)

Table of Contents Page
- Table of Contents Page is located in the third page. The first line is
<Table of Contents>, the second line is blank, and on the third line
begins the list of contents.
- The table of contents is composed of the chapters of the book and comprised
of one page as much as possible.
- If a chapter has several child chapters or titles, display up to the second
level only.
- If there is no list of contents, this section is left blank.

Main Text
- Skip two lines between the table of contents and the start of the main text.
- The chapter title which comes before the main text is put in parentheses
"<" and " >".
- Skip one line between the chapter title and the main text.
- If the original text is indented, replace the indentation with six spaces.

About the Author Page
- Author information is composed of the name, the year of birth and death, and
some important works by the author.
- This page is put at the end the document if not otherwise noticed.
- Leave this section blank if there is no author information.
